Besides the production of our products, we also offer professional reconditioning of pelletizing die plates and knife holders.
Thermal cleaning
By means of thermal cleaning we can remove polymers and perforated plates from polymers and organic impurities.
Grinding
We offer to grind the die plate to get a plane-parallel cutting surface and sharp-edged product holes again in order to achieve an optimal pelletizing result.
Refacing
For all pelletizing plate types we offer to execute a complete new tile facing of the cutting surface area made out of TiC.
